What are your Qualifications?
We are graduates of the Direct Response Copywriting program offered by American Writers and Artists Inc. (AWAI). If you're not familiar with AWAI, it is recognized as the industry authority for copywriter training, the “Harvard of Copywriting” to give you some context. Only 5% of copywriters have completed the direct response training provided by AWAI.
We keep pace with the marketing industry by studying winning controls, attending conferences, and participating in highly specialized seminar courses on human motivation. Our continuing education helps us infuse the Direct Response difference into every project.
We also study legendary copywriters: David Ogilvy, Claude Hopkins, John Caples, Gene Schwartz, Herschell Gordon Lewis, and Michael Masterson.

Can you Guarantee the ROI or conversion rate?
No one can predict or ensure a conversion response rate. However, research shows that using Direct Response copy creates higher conversion rates than non-direct response copy.

What type of contract do you use?
Our straightforward Copywriting Services Agreement explains all the terms and expectations. For every project, we send a copy of the Agreement for your review and acceptance before proceeding. We also welcome reasonable Agreement revisions from you.
We’ll start the project once we receive the signed contract and deposit.
Are revisions included in pricing?
Yes – We take pride in our workmanship. We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the finished product.
- NOTE: Revisions based on changes to project scope are not included in the Agreement.
Our pricing is project-based and will include all the work we have agreed to in advance. It also includes all revisions within the original scope of the project at no additional cost.
Will junior copywriters be working on my project?
You'll be working with us – the husband and wife dynamic duo known as Team Kimball. We don't outsource our copywriting or technical writing. We may partner with a video production studio or website designer (when their expertise is required), but we always write the content ourselves.
